The SELECT Base package gives day 1 control of the 2x FCU, 4x wet underfloor heating zones and the two electric underfloor zones in the bathroom.

Each zone has a wall mounted NTC Epoxi Probe for temperature reading within the rooms. The Flat 55 display panel mounted in the hallway will give heating control across all the areas.

The panel can be set to either heating or cooling modes and will give a one temperature set point with interlock functionality across the apartment to ensure the rooms are kept to the required comfort setting.
