What do I do if my package hasn't arrived?
If you have received a tracking number, you can use the tracking number to find out where the package is. If you haven't received a tracking number, submit an online support form and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
My equipment isn't working, what should I do?
If you are experiencing some issues with any item that you've ordered, we provide online technical support forms that will be sent through to our experts. We will endeavour to ensure that your product is working exactly as expected.
I haven't received a confirmation email about the item that I've bought.
If you haven't received a confirmation of payment, please submit an online support form for us to investigate and get back to you. Giving us details about the product and time it was purchased will assist us in finding it sooner.
I don't quite understand what to do with my new system, what should I do?
Please get in contact with us! We are here to help. We will be able to provide you with information and advice on how to install your system or provide you with an installation service if required.
I want to buy a lighting system. Can I install it myself?
Only qualified electricians are allowed to change or alter these systems. If you are not qualified, you will require a qualified electrician to install it for you. If you would like an installation service, please get in touch.
I want speakers in my roof and walls but don't currently have the holes for them. Are you able to install them anyway?
While we do provide an installation service on purchase, this is purely for the installation of the equipment itself. It does not include cutting or pulling cables in an existing home. These services come under a bespoke install and would require a visit and a separate quote.
